Great for commercial removal. Fast. Only works on Program Streams, However

MPLEX - The only free muxer I've found so far that will remux HDTV resolution files

These are very nice if they address your particular problem:

epid - erase select programs in a multicast stream so that it will compress better

atrim - trim (edit) ATSC streams

DVBtoATSC - DVB transport stream to ASTC transport stream remultiplexer

ProjectX the best demuxer out there, you must have Java installed - http://www.doom9.org/software2.htm#DigitTV
