Winfast cards cant find C31 in Melbourne Options

Hi,
My Winfast cards cant seem to find Digital Channel 31 when I do a scan.
They are transmitting at the moment in Melbourne od digital.

When I scan my media centres which have visionplus cards and MCE2005 have no trouble with C31.

Any ideas?

Isnt it always the case just when you post an issue, you figure it out.

It seems, in WinFast PVR2, to find C31 you must goto settings,
Change the following
Country = [Custom defined...]
Frequency table = Australian area
Sensitivity = High
Bandwidth = 7/7mhz
Character set = Western Europe (1252)
and now scan
It found C31 on 557.5mhz and it looks good.

And unusual as well was I found the 3D Trial netnetwork on 35 (578.5mhz)
which gives me two vertically stretched pictures on one screen at the same time
ie side by side. I suppose one picture is from one camera and one from the other maybe.

The picture are clear and look high def but the card and pc are having trouble
the picture is stuttering and pausing. That because the cpu is at 100% trying to process theis broadcast.
PC is giagabyte 8I955 chipset, 3ghz dualcore intel 630 CPU 800fsb, Gigabyte Nvidia9600gt 512mb video, 4gB DDR2 Ram.

I think C31 in Melbourne is running with an offset.
557.625 MHz.
