Hello!

I was searching for a nice free software to dump TS files and I've bumped into Digital Watch. laugh.gif

Here in Brazil we use ISDB-Tb system for TV Digital, I'm using a BDA DVB-T named TBS ISDB-T Tuner (USB stick), DW can detect the card, detect the network name, detect the different services (HD, SD and 1-seg).

Problem is that:
- I can't record, starting "Record" does nothing. (DVB-T interface is active in the configuration)
- I can't choose any H.264/AAC (we use LOAS/LATM AAC format) decoders in the list.
- There is a led on the interface that indicates when it is active or not, led is off all the time when DW is active.

My computer is an ASUS M4A78 PRO with ATI HD3200 on-board video (DXVA and AVIVO compatible), so I don't use any video codec to play TS files dumped with DVBStreamExplorer:

Hi nomura,

There is an area on this forum for DigitalWatch development so this should be taken there, but i will answer as best I can.
QUOTE

DWII is a viewer program so will need to have a working render to make the data flow properly, or at least to the point of scanning etc.
QUOTE
- I can't choose any H.264/AAC (we use LOAS/LATM AAC format) decoders in the list.
DWII does not provide it's own decoders, the selection is only for recognised third party decoders alreay installed.

Not sure what this means but I guess if the graph is not running so it will not lock the tuner device.

Ok, I have added it into the region list for the next SVN commit.

If your trying to capture the full ts only then you may have more success using TVSchedulerPro. If you can supply a link for a ts file sample then things may progress.

Thank you, I'm sorry for that.

The tuning part is working fine, it detect all the services.

DWII does not provide it's own decoders, the selection is only for recognised third party decoders alreay installed.

That is the problem I've found, I don't have any of the listed codec's like Cyberlink, DSCaler and so on. For example, the program already has 'Cyberlink H-264 Decoder' selected but I don't have this codec installed on my computer since it's not necessary to decode H-264 if I have a DXVA or AVIVO compatible video card.

To see accelerated H-264 video here I install the Avivo codec from ATI and choose "overlay mixer" at MPC-Home Cinema option, any ATI card can decode/accelerate h-264 up to level 4.1.

I do have ffdshow installed but the program doesn't let me choose that option.

I think 'lock' is the term.
