Hi all,
I want to calculate the total mpeg ts bitrate, so for programs with pcr value we can calculate the bitrate but for other part of ts like
private sections or PAT packets or null packets (without pcrs ), how to calculate the bitrate.
can we calculate the bitrate for mentioned components via other program PCRs.
