DVB-T lite Options

Ive just bought the dvico DVB-T Lite edition, installed it updated drivers and software and i can not get stutter free picture on any channel! I have tried numerous drivers and such with no alteration to my picture quality. My inticated reception is above 85% and even at 98% is still get stuttering! Ive tried all the different settings withing the fusion player and it doesn't change much at all.

My brother in the next room has the same computer but has the plus version of the DVB-T and has no issues at all.
Previously i had a winfast tuner in my computer and got decent reception.
Surely the Lite version isn't that crap
Im going to try re-formating (coz its fun )
If anyone can help me get this sorted it would be greatly appreciated.
