I have WinLIRC Setup, it reads my remote, and blasts the signal out to a COM port IR blaster.
When I try to use HIP, and I have WinLIRC selected as my output device, it comes up with an error, "An error occurred while starting the Output Interface.

I have WinLIRC running, it is able to send command to my blaster.

I am running Vista 32bit.
