That works. Question is, why? My account has admin privilege, so is surprising that "run as administrator" fixes it .

Q34. Do you have a Masthead amplifer, a Distribution Amp, a Passive or Powered Splitter installed: ??? (there is a dish on the roof, but have not used it; it should be still wired up; possibly means a passive splitter in the circuit?)

Card not responding for TV channels. Is showing channel list. Is playing DAB+ and FM channels ok , but when switch on TV mode, nothing happens.
