I have the DNTV Live! DVB-T Pro Card & Want to plug in a WideScreen analogue composite input but I can't seem to change the Aspect Ratio. It just stays in 4:3. Is there a way of changing this?

Composite cannot hold a widescreen resolution, so to speak.. the maximum resolution will be 768x576i. You can however set the source to pretend it's widescreen by adding black bars. If it's a DVD player, you need to set the TV type to the appropriate setting, as you would normally do on a 4:3 TV. It would also be better if you used S-Video instead of Composite.

Here's an example of widescreen over S-Video and Composite using a standard DVD player:
