There are a number of threads floating around the forum about EPG data sources, scrapers, etc etc. Might it be an idea to have a separate forum for these as they seem to be a topic thats related to various different software eg WS, MCE, etc etc?

Hi Rob,
I thing I can answer this, about a month ago when this was first requested we have a bit of an upheaval in the EPG area with one of the main data sources adding a lot of new data protection schemes. There was a lot of discussion and talk about how to address this and what were the alternatives. This has settled down a lot now as you can see. I still think we need this forum and it will be used as time goes by, I have tried to move a number of threads from the WS forum to the new forum but I can not work out how or I dont have that sort of admin access. So what do other people thing? Shaun |

Seconded,
It would be great if the majority of EPG threads could be moved into here. |

I tried to move some from the WS forum but could not work out how or did not have the appropriate admin privileges to do it.
