You mean common sense won over corporate greed - in a court of law???

After an eight month struggle, IceTV won the initial Federal Court case, before Nine appealed in the Full Court and won last year. This was trumped by today's High Court decision in favour of IceTV.

Congratulations to IceTV, and thanks for sticking up for yourselves and the rest of us little guys in the process!
