Driver Linux and mAc os is important for Users. but between these manufacturers that produce high-demand DVB-s2 PCI-E cards , only those wins that write drivers 4 other os such as linux , windows 7 , mac os and support to these os . software is more important than hardware . because cost and pay so much money in this period( economic down) is difficult.

Microsoft with weakest OS(windows 7) , Directx 11.0 , Office 14(2010) , Windows Media Center, IE8(with compared to Apple Safari 4) , ... least doing in this respect . why?
