Since the Microsoft remotes are nowhere to be found nowadays, I'm thinking of picking up one of these:

Has anyone had any experience with these HP remotes? Are they identical to the Microsoft remotes and will it be compatible with HIP?

cheers

The MCE drivers are quite hardware specific, and so the chances of these remotes working with the MCE drivers as they are is not very high.

Not personally, but I believe they are hardware compatible with the standard Microsoft remote.
