the reception signal change from 70 to 71 then the picture freeze and play, then signal change from 71 to 73 and pictures freeze again then from 73 drop to 70 and picture freeze again but if the signal stay the picture won't freeze. i use the latest driver/version. please see my sig for pc spec. the reception signal around 70% that is good enough

You could try another application such as DigitalWatch or WebScheduler to rule out the fusion software.
