I'm tracking down a sleep issue under Win 7 64 bit.
The computer is set to sleep on 10 mins idle, which works OK. Windows Task Scheduler is used to wake the PC to perform analogue video captures and this works successfully until TV Scheduler Pro is thrown into the mix. After TVS has been recording (and assuming no other task is blocking) the PC will sleep but occasionally the PC fails to wake from post TVS sleep to run the Windows Task Scheduler task and kick off an analogue recording. Is there any way to disable TVS' power management including any waketimers to test if this is the source of the problem? -------------------- Support the forum (if you can work out how to!)

Win 7 64 bit. the PC will sleep but occasionally the PC fails to wake from post TVS sleep to run the Windows Task Scheduler Don't know. It seems to work for me. I did have some hibernate issues - opposite to yours, failing to sleep - which seem to have been fixed by accident (ie not knowing what to do) I logged into every profile and "edit/APPLY" the power settings... issues seemed to go away. No doubt something else fixed it, but there you go. |
