I have an HTPC and a Microsoft Arc keyboard. It does not have a numlock or numeric keypad to allow me to use Windows "Mouse Keys" in the absence of a mouse. Ideally what I would like is that when I hold a button (such as Fn or Alt) the arrow keys could then control the mouse. Is this possible with HIP? I am running Windows 7 64-bit.

Hip is not great for fine mouse control and so you may be better finding a specific solution.
