New version, the only thing that has changed is I have added back in the link from a scheduled item to the EPG.

Stopped the service, unzipped, started the service, reconfigured paths, and up and running.

I did like the link to the EPG from the schedule, so it is good to see it back.

Null, Good to see, i like that little feature, but the overal interface of the BDA WS is much better to use/nicer.

Been using TH drivers/WS the past week or so (trying to sort a graphics card/hardware issue). Now WS has this (EPG link), there is new more stable BDA drivers (thanks spectrum) and i've got Zoomplayer working with .tp files (so should also work with .ts PID caps), its time to revisit BDA land smile.gif hehe

Download and use the OpenSource (on sourceforge) MPEGDemulitplexer.

Works a treat. Add it in the source/splitter section of the "customised media"

Of note: Versions of ZP before 4.0 (i run 4.0 WMV) will pop an error BUT if you have high merit on the filter it will still get used and work.

Versions 4.0 and newer work a treat. I can now play all my Dvico .tp files in Zoomplayer, which is great is FusionHDTV is pretty damn average for playback (amongst many other things.........hmmmm where them BDA drivers for it! smile.gif )

The relative directly path that the http server will use as its document root.

I am sorry, despite plenty contemplation, this remains 'no answer' to me.

I live in Perth. When I try to scan channels from the Channels Settings page (individual channels, this is, mass scanning simply does nothing), I get error messages like the following:
QUOTE
An Error occurred while trying to process your request: The following stack trace can be used by a developer to help diagnose this problem:
java.lang.Exception: Could not get next free card
at ChannelDataRes.showScanResult(ChannelDataRes.java:516)
at ChannelDataRes.getResponse(ChannelDataRes.java:52)
at HTTPrequest.sendResponseData(HTTPrequest.java:82)
at RequestObject.run(RequestObject.java:94)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

This is paralleled by a section of the startup from the WS DosBox, which additionally states 'Card already in use!' (It isn't, unless by some rogue program.)

Any ideas?

What SDK do you have installed, you need 2.6

EDIT:
Doh sorry we are talking about the BDA version here, the BDA version does not use the VP SDK :-)

I installed it long ago, for earier versions of WS, which've been working.

Here's a paste of the last go I had at tuning a single channel:

I didn't. And when I read about it, I learn I have to uninstall the TwinHan drivers first. This I'm currently unprepared to do, I use them for recording (SD) and have no complaint at all about them for that. As soon as more reading tells me I can readily go forward and back between the two sets, thus to make compare, this'd be a leap into the dark. So I'll research reversibility first.

The drivers can be swapped backwards and forwards, without any issue, your hardware and machine will survive. XP can be a little fussy sometimes when you remove the existing drivers it will just pull the old drivers out of a cache and put them back. So sometimes there will be fiddling.

XP can think it already has the drivers when the device is discovered again (which in all fairness it does!). It will uses these drivers rather than ask you for the new ones.

If you do not feel comfortable playing with the drivers then I would probably wait a little longer until more issues have been sorted out. It is quite likely at this stage you will only be using the BDA to assist in the testing process.

Cheers
Darren

I have just started using web scheduler (and Digital TV on PC for that matter).

If the developer is interested below is the additions that I made to the stationdata.list to get the hobart chanels to automatically scan.

region.0.5=Hobart

....

#HOBART
station.0.5.0.name=WIN
station.0.5.0.freq=184500
station.0.5.0.band=7

station.0.5.1.name=SCB
station.0.5.1.freq=212500
station.0.5.1.band=7

station.0.5.2.name=SBS
station.0.5.2.freq=205500
station.0.5.2.band=7

station.0.5.3.name=ABC
station.0.5.3.freq=191625
station.0.5.3.band=7

station.0.5.4.name=TDT
station.0.5.4.freq=219500
station.0.5.4.band=7

Good product!
Paul

I have not yet upgraded to this latest version, but if it is not implemented I would like to request a key word search of epg data. As long as it is not too hard to do, I think this would be very handy smile.gif

Keep up the good work.
