I'm new to this forum, but have been using TV Scheduler Pro fro several years on Windows XP and Vista
![]() I'm considering an upgrade although my current system isn't broken and I'm happy with it. However, I would like to have the ability to add a program to the schedule using a command line interface (or via a program of my own). I see reference in this forum to a "keyboard interface". What is this? My current version seems only to have a web interface. If a command line interface isn't currently available, an anyone suggest how I could create such a facility? Thanks, Alan |

IIRC the KB interface was a stripped down / simplified web interface that could be operated entirely using only the keyboard. If you want to run web scheduler via the comnand line you will have to (AFAIK) use something like curl or wget to throw http at tv scheduler.
wget --post-data="hour=18&min=00&channel=7+Mackay&type=0&captype=2&duration=35&name=7+Local+News&namePattern=%28%25y-%25m-%25d+%25h-%25M%29+%25n+%25c&keepfor=1&task=none&path=0&Submit2=Submit&action=03&day=08&month=08&year=2013" "http://127.0.0.1:8088/servlet/ScheduleDataRes" This will submit a once off recording to start at 6:00pm on 03/09/2013 (note: the month number is the actual month - 1) for channel '7 Mackay' to go to 35 minutes to record to file '7 Local News' (with date stamp included).
