I have an older style Fusion Dual card (2nd tuner is via USB). I have tried to use the auto scan feature (a number of times) and am it only seems to tune Channel 7 ( I'm in Melbourne). We don't have great reception, but I have in the past been able to receive all channels.
Does anyone have any suggestions or alternative ways to tune the receiver?

Buy a signal booster. Tandy sell a couple of good cheap indoor models-a Kingray with 1 input and 2 outputs and a Digimatch with 1 input and 1 output.
