 Missing tuners |

Hi guys,
I have just purchased and installed a quad tuner, however I only get two or sometime three tuners in device manager. When it see's 2 tuners, there is an unknown device in the USB tree. When there are 3 tuners shown, there are no unknown devices. I have tried installing drivers as administrator but that hasn't helped. I'm using windows 7 64bit. Motherboard is gigabite GA-A75-UD2H. I have tried other slots but that hasn't helped. Thanks. |

Hi,
I tried it in another windows 7 pc (32bit and ASUS MB), but same symptoms. I made sure that I installed drivers as administrator from scratch. Thanks. |
