Hi, I try for many days to find an OSD menu that can navigate my file system.
Base on this i make an utility app, is not an plugin, is application {.exe} that accept command line parameter {that can be give by HIP or other ..}.
Is version one so... bugs .

Install:
You can add the font file in your windows/fonts directory.Run App. That is all.

Usage:
Just run this from in command line like cmd.exe, or HIP.
Command Line parameter:
-h xxx = height of the window
-w xxx = width of the window
-b = do not show the border
-p "x..." = the path to start with
-f "x..." = the extension of the files to show {list all with comma separator}
-help = DO NOT show help {a little odd}
Ex:
OSDfv.exe -h 500 -w 1000 -b -p "C:\picture" -f "jpg,png,gif" -help
- show files that end with .jpg, .gif, .png and directorys starting in C:\picture in a window of 500px by 1000px without border, without showing help page.
OSDfv.exe -p "D:" -f
- show all tipe of files and directorys starting in D:\ in standard window, showing help page.
Default Values {used when missing parameter}:
-h=400
-w=600
(with border)
-p="C:\" (hope this exist to wour sistem)
-f="mpg,mpeg,avi,mov,wmv,wma,mkv,mp3,mp4,m3u,xspf,p ls,asx,wpl" (for multimedia context)

More option coming soon.
Have Fun.

Great work, Arcan Arian.

Do you accept feature requests?

1. Make drives list as high directory tree level instead of root of current drive. It's will allow to navigate across drives.
2. Run not only files, but also directories. For example: slideshow or multiply chapters video.
3. Don't show icons - sometimes usefull for slow media.

Best regards, ptr.
