Help with Dish Network Channel through Vista Media Center Options

Hi,
I've been doing lot of research but have failed to get any answer. I would like to know how to set up Dish Network with Vista MCE. Following is the configuration:
- Vista Home Premium with Media Center
- 3.4Ghz Intel Dual Core
- GT8500 Video Card
- Hauppauge TV Tuner 1600

II have a set top box and receive Dish Network

For some reason I tried to run STB via Vista MCE and the computer was not able to get any TV Signal. Currently I am running S-Video from STB to the computer so it can display on my TV, but I am sure I can do this directly.

Can someone please help me in how to set this up. Would greatly appreciate?
